Abstract

Hardly that no religion or divine legislation or my situation devoid of the sanctions regime because of its great importance and of great benefit in the life of the individual and society, the researcher in the system (the murder of the three monotheistic religions) finds that there is a specificity of each religion or distinguish it from other feature of other religions in the fight against murder and through the study of special punishment legislation we can learn about how to deal with the owners of these religions with the perpetrators of such matter.
