| Abstract | ||
| Business process reengineering has gained a considerable attention during the past years . This paper is an attempt to provide a conceptual framework for the entrance of re-engineering processes and success factors and their role in improving the performance of insurance companies. Where the aims of this research is to identify the Business Process Reengineering and its term to improve the administrative performance of the insurance companies , the results indicated that there is a relationship between Business Process Reengineering and administrative performance. The study recommended the necessity of taking into account the elements that contribute to the success of the Business Process Reengineering and which is appropriate to the nature of the insurance sector. It should also insurance companies focused insurance services in the preparation of the organizational structure and not on the sequence of administrative structure in order to be a highly effective and efficient. Also on the insurance companies operating in the local market that must invest and keep pace with the changes that occur in the field of information technology so that a positive affect on performance and reflects on the quality of insurance services. | ||
