| Abstract Through discuss the issue of estimating the damage variable proved us a set of results which can be summarized as follows: The damage is variable when what was likely to increase or decrease after the fact, due either to obtain a change in the amount which we expressed self-change of the damage, or to get change in value, expressed in money, as the purchasing power of money is changing. As a result, general rise or fall of economic conditions, which make it distinct from the damage that hard stabilize its results and its effects are easily compensated and what he sees the judge of ways more suited to irreparable compensation. | ||
