| abstract International humanitarian law is a branch of public international law applicable in international armed conflicts the mother of interior designed to protect persons and objects that have nothing to do with military operations and protects even fighters hors de combat and like other laws require mechanisms to implement its provisions vary those mechanisms including the mechanics of internal and international mechanisms where we address in our research to the international mechanisms and even these international mechanisms have gone through the stages of the start of the mechanisms provided for in the four Geneva Conventions of 1949 and the protocols thereto of 1977 which imposed obligations on States parties to implement the provisions of international humanitarian law and passing the state garrison and alternatives represented by the international Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and then the international fact-finding Commission down to the security Council to intervene set of actions and measures to suppress violations of international humanitarian law including that of a temporary international criminal tribunals to prosecute the perpetrators of these violations or the use of measures and military measures and repressive does | ||
