Abstract
Summary: Iraqi Central Bank considering uncertainties and economic transformations experienced by the Iraqi economy, was able to develop a set of rules and policies that aim to achieve economic and financial stability and strengthened it to cope with the transition to a market economy Iraqi Central Bank Has contributed through the tools of cash, including a tool auctions currency in stabilizing the monetary system and facing the waves of inflation and achieving macroeconomic objectives of the balance externally and internally, all this created an environment of economic and monetary stability which led to favorable investment climate through the Currency Auction that achieved relative stability in the Iraqi dinar exchange rate currency and controlling inflation waves
