| research deals with a juristic matter concerning the in he riteance of a divorced woman whose husband is on deathbed con (on the verge of death).It comes clear through study this matter according to Islamic jurisprudence that: 1. 1-In heriteance as a branch of study is of great importance that prophet Mohammed peace be upon him wages Moslems not only to hearn it but to teael it to other as well.moslem jurists define it as the jurisprudence regarding in here thence in Islam:to knos the share or the legal shafa of every single hier wlo has the right to bequeath. 2. science of Inheritance is known as the Religious Duties. 3. moslem jurists agree on the three causes of in heufeac: lineage.massage and allegiance.But despite the consensus they have different views concerning the details. 4. wife in Islam is submitted to the Islamic duties and has a prescribed in two cases:first:Fourth of the heuitase if the husband has no descendant (no heritor).second:Eighth of the heritage if he has a descendant. 5. Sickness of death usually ends with death. 6. He who suffers from the sickness of cleath is the one who is on the verge of cleath and is dying invetably by the cause of Sickness or other causes. | ||
