| Abstract | ||
| The terrorism is aspect of violence that societies have known for quite a while, developed with the development of societies. The technological development in the means of communication and informatics has contributed to the development of means and methods of terrorism, which has become more dangerous than before. The crimes of terrorism may have serious consequences and large-scale because it has huge effects on the entity of society and its structure and exist. In addition, most of the world began to cooperate with each other to constitute new legal rules to enhance the anti-terrorism, which raised the concert of defenders of civil rights of citizens. However, emerged the issue of the relationship between terrorism and human rights around which research is based on. | ||
