Abstract
Abstract The development of Administration in sports is connected with a strong relation to leaderships of athletic movement because of having an accumulation in knowledge. The best way to increase and acquire accumulation of knowledge is by using better ways of administration to keep pace with the demands of the present time in order to get the information from its different sources. Administrative knowledge is considered one of the most modern and best in administrative methods، which contributes in raising the stock of knowledge concerning leadership of athletic movement and by that to raise of the level of efficiency in administrating activities in sports and to develop the ambition to both local and international levels. As mentioned previously، the importance of this research is building an administrative knowledge scale for presidents in sub-athletic unions in Iraq from the viewpoint of its member's. The problem of the research showed that there is no scale in building an administrative knowledge for presidents in sub-athletic unions in Iraq from the viewpoint of its member's. The aim of this research is building an administrative knowledge scale for presidents in sub-athletic unions in Iraq from the viewpoint of its member's. The researchers used Descriptive Procedure in a survey method because it is suitable with research items.
