Abstract
Abstract :
Gymnastics is a very important sport having six ( Gymnastic apparatus ) among which vault table is one in which the performance is limited to one jump in all the races except the final shampianship .The importance of the present study deals with an attempt to identify a way of jumping by the player which enables the player to make the mechanical range needed for the performance as well as the suitable landing distance. The problem of the present study is that the performance on the vault table) needs doing a high performance of the second flight and a farther landing distance from the vault table .This is achived in two ways , direct and indirect. The direct way is made by beating the Beat - board by the two feet and the indirect way by performing an (Arabic spring) jump on the Beat - board .
The present study tries to identify the way which is better than the other one in achieving the requirement of the performance as well as giving the player information about choosing the better way in performing the jump according to the difficulty of the movement .
The objectives of the present study are:
1-Identifying some kinmatic varients of the stages of jumping and standing from the direct jumping to the Beat - board and the indirect one from the Arabic.
2-Comparing some kinematic varients of the two stages of jumping or standing between the direct or indirect jumping to the Beat - board .
