Abstract
ABSTRACT The study aims at introducing the effect of Jigsaw group processing strategy in sequence training style of learning forearm passing and upper hand serve skills of volleyball . It attempts to discover the best group to a quire the skills and assigning the problems of the research a long with finding learning alternatives through using modern strategies and methods teaching to achieve the target teaching union . Thirty students of seven grade class , who were at (12-14) years of age , were assigned randomly for the study . The sample were taken from Bin grid Basic School of Education in Kalar (2013 - 2014). They were divided into two groups . They were trained in forearm passing and upper hand serve skills of volleyball , by using Jigsaw group processing strategy for the first group and using a command teaching style . The Result showed different gains in both skills . It showed gains in forearm Passing of the second experimental group . The Result of upper hand serve skills didn't show different gains in both of the groups . The researcher recommends the use of both styles in learning forearm passing and upper hand serve skills of volleyball . She insists on using command teaching style in teaching upper hand serve skills . The Researcher also suggests the usage of other kinds of modern strategies and method of teaching for individual and group training .
