Abstract
Physical standards are considered one of the basic elements that receive attention for more achieving the highest levels in various sport games. Football is one of these games that receives much attention for the physical standards because of the direct contact between players. The significance of the study lies in drawing up suitable relative physical specifications for the fourth-grade students of the college of Physical Education – university of Baghdad who play football. The aims of the study are : 1. Finding out the relative physical standards which present adequate description of the fourth-grade students of the college of Physical Education – university of Baghdad who play football. 2. Drawing up and specifying a number of relative physical standards which represent the elements found out which offer description of the relative physical standards of the fourth-grade students of the college of Physical Education – university of Baghdad who play football. The researchers adopted the descriptive procedure with correlative method. The sample of the study are 23 fourth-grade students in the department of the Theoretical science in the college of Physical Education – university of Baghdad who play football for the academic year 2013- 2014.
