| Abstract | ||
| This research provided a vision focused on the subject of citizenship and asylum in Islamic vision, as this issue is one of the most important contemporary issues related to human rights, are issues which require an integrated vision in the light of the Islamic Sharia and enlightened thought jurisprudence reality.This came to the two axs: Firstly: appropriated by the citizenship rights; the concept of citizenship in Islam, then moved to talk about the rights of citizenship through the city of Medina represent full citizenship in the most spectacular form. The latest: the rights of refugees, and the concept of asylum, causes, and the rights of refugees in Islamic Sharia law and international law, and then sealed the search by talking about the reasons for the end of asylum. | ||
