| Abstract | ||
| The objective of this study was to identify the administrative empowerment and effectiveness of the organization as well as to measure the relationship and impact in the General Company for Cereal Trade in Babel governorate. To achieve the objectives of the study, the questionnaire was prepared for this purpose as well as personal interviews. The questionnaire included (26) (The administrative empowerment and the effectiveness of the organization) as final, has been verified the validity of the tool by presenting them to a group of arbitrators, and was confirmed by the stability of the use of (Kronbach Alpha), the total stability coefficient of the tool (0.90) The appropriate statistical methods Using the Statistical Program (SPSS) | ||
