| Abstract | ||
| Recently, the attention have increased on the concept of electronic readiness in all the sectors in general and in bank sectors in particular, as it represents one of the essential keys that gives many gains and competitive features for banks . The bank with the highest electronic readiness will be able to offer the highest number of bank services through the internet for its customers and put it to be on the beginning of the race with its competitors. The aim of this research is to highlight the role of electronic readiness and its three dimensions (Organization Readiness, utilization Readiness, information technology and communications Readiness) in the use of electronic bank applications, as electronic readiness represents the base to launch the electronic bank applications, for instance: ATM , home bank , mobi cash , bank sms , electronic payment cards and so on. | ||
