| Abstract here is no doubt that the secrecy in the work of the executive authority, which subject of our research, is very important because it has the constitutional and legal capabilities given to it by the legislator in order to achieve the tasks entrusted to it. Therefore, its work must be in broad daylight, flawless and irrefutable. You do not need electronic soldiers to justify their actions.
