| Abstract | ||
| This research deals with Crimes related to questions and exam results which take place during quarterly or final exams in the Ministry of Education schools, and in colleges and institutes affiliated to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. This research has identified the types of crimes related to the exam questions, as well as the crimes related to the results of the examination. More over, the statement of the bases, the criminal responsibility arising from them, statement on the punishment of these crimes, and the statement of the legislative methodology adopted by the Iraqi penal legislator in the criminalization and punishment for these crimes are highlighted . | ||
