| Abstract | ||
| The importance of research stems from the fact that the art of press advertising is one of the most relevant fields of knowledge, which has been subject to much debate and criticism concerning the feasibility of advertising. Of it and its effectiveness, whether at the level of economic unity or at the level of society as a whole). With all this importance, this art was not studied in Iraq in connection with the development of the Iraqi press and the sustainability of its funding independently and to keep the press institutions within the atmosphere of continuous press work despite the economic, social and political crises experienced by Iraq during the period between the years (1869 1958) The study dealt with the development of the advertisement and its role in promoting the products, and did not take the aspect related to the continuation of the issuance of newspapers and the financial difficulties facing the Iraqi newspapers only within the framework of dealing marginally or within the subject of the press release. And try out a scientific assessment of the reality of the press announcement, and how it relates to the economics of the media and the laws of advertising work | ||
