The audio lesson is the first block of language study, our ancient scientists had been interested in the vocal exits, starting in Khalil and Siba'way were been reached conclusions close to conclusions of the experiences of modern sound laboratories.
It is worth mentioning that the philosophers have a great role in the modern voice lesson, especially that they are encyclopedias in various sciences, but we found a difference between their study of the audio and the study of the ancients and this is due to the different sources of their culture and their comments, while most philosophers are doctors and thus their studies will be different from the study of the ancients. Therefore, we find that they have unique ideas, especially Al-Farabi this field of this research, he denied the existence of the exits of the voices and considered it weaving of imagination; this statement shows a great difference between the ancients and Farabi, who was a philosopher in the field of melody and music. He wrote down His great music book which it is considered a reference for every artist of this art.
Al-Farabi's attention to music and the sounds of musical sounds made him turn a blind eye to the vocal exits in language; he came with a new distinguished voice study. We find that Al-Farabi did not find this opinion unique, because we find other scientists such as Aljahz, he considered the exits are many can't account and can't stand on it.
In this research, I explained the musical study of Farabi and his ideas about the sounds' exits and showing his connection between music and sound, he considered the exist of sound instruments, especially strings and psalms, can be easily identified, and the sound members cannot be determined at all. I explained also part of Farabi's musical voice lesson through a statement of voices that Al-Farabi got benefit from it in his musical lesson and his hints of the exits of those voices, And showed the ideas of some philosophers on the issue of vocal exits, some of them who explained them like Ibn CINA and others neglected exits and paid no attention on it. |
