The current research included the subject of personal intelligence and its relation to social skills in kindergartens. The first chapter included the problem of the research. The answer included the following question: Does the children of Riyadh have personal intelligence and is it related to social skills? Is there a difference between personal intelligence and social skills according to gender variable And age (4-5) The importance of research, which included (The stage of kindergartens is an important stage in the life of the individual as it consists of the first qualities of the personality of the individual and determine the direction and tendencies, and consists of the initial foundations of concepts that evolve with the evolution of life, Child raising And to nurture its growth and achieve the objectives of the educational process, which includes the development of knowledge and tendencies, ideals, abilities and habits in each child to reach the maximum of its possibilities), and research objectives, which included:
1 - identify the level of the concept of personal intelligence in the children of Riyadh.
2 - Are there statistically significant differences in IQ according to age variable (4_5) among Riyadh children?
3 - Are there statistically significant differences on the measure of personal intelligence according to gender variable (males, females) among children in Riyadh .
4 - Knowledge of the level of social skills concept among children of Riyadh.
5- Are there statistically significant differences on the social skills scale according to the age variable (4_5) years among the children of Riyadh?
6- Are there significant differences on the social skills scale according to gender variable (males, females) among Riyadh children?
7 - Is there a relationship between personal intelligence and social skill. The research and terminology definition. The second chapter includes the theoretical framework of the first variable (personal intelligence) and the second variable (social skills). The most important literature and theories. The third chapter included the research methodology of the research community from Kindergartens to Raasafa 3 and the research sample of (180) children of both sexes randomly selected. The research tool that the researcher adopted from the first two scales is the measure of personal intelligence (Dawood, 2011). It consists of (47) paragraphs and alternatives (yes, no). The researcher adopted (30) paragraphs of the original scale, and the alternatives of the answer (yes, no). The number of paragraphs of the social skills scale (Waeli, 2013) (79) paragraph and alternatives (fully applicable, 30) a paragraph of the original scale with changing alternatives to the answer (yes, no). The stability of the scale was achieved by testing and retesting the test intervals. The stability values of the first scale (0.82) and (0.86) stabilized the stability of the second scale. In the Cronbach equation, the stability of the first scale (0.83) The second scale (0.86) is an acceptable value for the stability of the two measures. The fourth chapter includes the statistical procedures through which the researcher seeks to achieve the objectives of her research, and the researcher reached the following results:
1. The research sample of kindergartens have a high level of personal intelligence.
2 - There are differences of statistical significance at the age variable on the scale of personal intelligence and for the benefit of age (5 years).
3 - There are no significant differences in the sex variable on personal intelligence.
4. The research sample has a high level of social skills.
5- There are statistically significant differences in the age variable on the social skills scale and for age (5 years).
6 - There are differences of statistical significance for the gender variable on social skills and for the benefit of females.
7. There is a correlation between personal intelligence and social skills.
The statistical means used by the researcher to reach the results of her research?
1- The final test of a separate sample.
2 - the test of two independent samples.
3-Pearson correlation coefficient.
4 - the equation of Alpha Kronbach. |
