| The research aimsto: 1. Thetraining curriculumfor the development ofsome of thephysical abilitiesand the level oftechnical performanceon pommel horse in a samplesearch. 2. to identify thedifferences betweenthe results of sometestsforphysical abilitiesand the level oftechnical performanceon pommel horseapparatus(before and after) in a samplesearch. The researchers have usedthe experimental methodon a samplewasselectedwayintentionalincluded (5)of the youngplayerswho are trainedinspecializedtrainingcenterinthe province ofDhiQar,aged(11-13 years), and forthe purpose ofavoidingthe factors thataffect theresults of the experiment, the researchers had the homogeneity ofthe samplebythe coefficient of variation, Was alsoafirsttraining moduleon5.4.2015, aftertribaltestsasthe researcher prepareda training curriculumaftertaking the opinion ofexperts, todevelop their ownphysical abilities using themethod of traininghighpulsationintensity, and improvemotor skillson thepommel horsedeviceusing themethod of trainingRecurringdifferentBashddrangedbetween(70-100%) of the intensitypercentageof the player, and it took the implementation ofcurriculum(14)a weekat a rate of(3)training unitsper weekforeach module(90), wasto reach aset of conclusionsdelusional: 1. The training curriculum prepared by the researchers was influential in bringing about an effective change in the level of the sample and that's what set apart by the results. 2. The period of training of researchers used the ( 14) a week and in a way interval training and repetitive in terms of the use of ripples high and low by ( 2-1 ) was of interest to the research sample . 3. The process of repetition and re- skill exercises worked to improve the technical performance on Pommel horse | ||
