| Abstract | ||
| The primary goal of penalties involving deprivation of liberty at present is the culprit and calendar returned a valid member of society and not revenge , thus consistently positive legislation to prevent the accumulation of these sanctions or mitigate advers effects and different methods, they sometimes decide to suspend implantation of the deprivation of liberty and we find at other conditional release of the convict , and sometimes found in penal must decide a third. These various systems aimed at non-accumulation of penalties of involving deprivation of liberty or you may jostle than it needs to legislative acts which handlers abesnt from the authors of the secular legislation in most states , especially from Arabic . That this collision or competition between different systems to mitigate the penalties involving deprivation of liberty which promoted us to search supposed wizards to resolve such collisions by proposing or modify texts of secular penal laws , and reunite in this research study the relationship between all these systems –that the issue needed more research –but only after the execution of competitive systems into severing penalty . This research was divided into two sections preceded by an introduction , in the first section address anticompetitive regulations highlighted by sentences starting and are both a suspended suspended sentence and order a stay of proceedings and examine all independent demand system , and either the second section drop on the most important regulations that prevent full sentences and conditional release system and the system of forgiveness for the offender and looking every system in a separate requirement and demonstrate the impact of these systems on the studies by severing the punishment than concludes search finale. | ||
