Abstract
Abstract The problem resulting from unhealthy food and spread disease significantly exacerbate push the (WHO) to say, that diabetes, high blood pressure and overweight will replace the traditional global health problems, namely that these diseases have become the problem of the times, because of the large impact on the health of individuals and spread significantly, in addition to the required treatment, including financial costs, or from diseases that originate them, all of this pay for health organizations and researchers in this field to seek to find a way or treatment to get rid of this epidemic, and since recent studies have pointed the finger and proved that the first causes of diseases chronic is unhealthy foods of food it fast food and genetically modified materials, and sweetened beverages, namely (soft drinks), making it the financial legislation, the most effective way to get rid of these diseases and guide the diet, through the imposition of taxes on these foods, it creates a tax on foods unhealthy or at least a healthy financial incentive to avoid the consumption of foods of high prices, and in return the support and encouragement of food is organic fruit and health food, vegetables and cereals by giving financial incentives to reduce the prices of these foods, such experiments have proved in many countries the success of financial legislation in reduction of unhealthy food consumption .
