| Many researchers and even professionals in the field of media and communication ignore the link between the law of information and other laws of society. They think that press offenses are the only ones in the law of information. Indeed, other crimes, such as: espionage, the disclosure of secrets, disturbances of public order, etc. The Penal Code has an adequate share in the extension of the sentence, as well as the Labor Code, the Compensation Law, the Law of Rest and Insurance, and other laws that are closely related to the law of information. | ||
