| Abstract | ||
| As a result of the close relationship between democracy and elections, the selection and organization of an electoral system that is compatible with the political, social and economic data of the State has become a very important requirement to ensure effective representation in parliament. Based on the above, the idea of research on the electoral system is centered on the wording of a system of constitutional and legal texts and regulations pertaining to the electoral process as a democratic means for the formation of parliaments at present. This requires giving an idea of the electoral systems in order to investigate their role in forming the parliament on representative bases This requires analyzing the constitutional texts, evaluating the electoral laws that translate the meaning of the constitution into practice, and in light of the necessity of the integrity of the elections, it is imperative that we be exposed to the role of the judiciary in the electoral process.
