Abstract
East Islamic provinces have flourished in the third and fourth centuries AH / ninth and the tenth AD and the city reached the top progress. Among these cities, the city of Nishapur which took its historical position and civilized status since the start of the Islamic conquests of the territory of Khorasan year (30 AH / 650 AD). It became more important and famous in the third and fourth centuries AH / ninth and tenth AD. It attracted the attention of Muslim historians , geographers and country researchers. They recorded its news and events and wrote about their plans, such as: residential districts and railways, bridges and archways, as well as facilities and construction of mosques and Dar emirate(princes place), schools and the role of Hadith, palaces and prisons. Furthermore, all markets and fields, hotels, castles and walls and doors and cemeteries, squares, parks and other urban plans. Very seriously and importantly, even become Nishapur one of the most famous cities of East Islamic in the Middle Ages. The research is devoted for the study of Nishapur city plans depending on what is stated in geographers and country researchers sources, and according to what information are available about them in terms of describing each item of them.
