Abstract
The research seeks to provide a theoretical and practical framework about "The impact of Both the Justice in Leader and Relationship Quality on Organizational Citizenship Behaviors". This framework was tested in the governmental health sector in basrah which including number of hospitals. The questionnaire and interviews were used as data collection method for this study the sample size amounted to 360. Number of statistical techniques was used to test the hypotheses of the study. The results showed that the positive impact of both justice in leader and relationship quality on organizational citizenship behavior, as well as demonstrated the positive correlation between justice in leader and relationship quality.
