المستخلص
اظهرت هذه الدراسة تواجد بكتريا Bacillus thuringiensis في جميع المناطق المدروسة والتي تقع صمن محافظة واسط ولكن بنسب مختلفة تبعا لاختلاف طبيعة الارض والظروف المناخية في كل منطقة . وكان معدل العام لتواجد البكتريا في تلك المناطق 30.0% حيث سجل كل من قضاء الصويرة وقضاء بدرة اعلى نسبة تواجد لهذا البكتريا بلغت 50% و 40% على التوالي. في حين كان تواجد هذه البكتريا في ترب قضاء الحي وناحية الاحرار الاقل وبنسبة بلغت %20 و %10 على التوالي . وكذلك اشارت الدراسة الى ان (التخافيف) البكتيرية الثلاثة لبكتريا Bacillus thuringiensis و التي تم تحضيرها من تلك الترب اختلفت في نسبة قتل يرقات الدودة القارضة السوداء Agrotis ipsilon مختبرياً، حيث تميز تخفيف البكتريا B .thuringiensis (57×610) سبور/مل بنسبة قتل اعلى من بين التخافيف االثلاثة اذ بلغت %77.5 وذلك بعد مرور 3 ايام من معاملة تلك اليرقات لذلك التخفيف ، واخذت نسبة القتل تقل بزيادة المدة الزمنية وكمعدل عام فقد سجل هذا التخفيف نسبة قتل 30.7% خلال فترت المعاملة . في حين كان التخفيف البكتيري B .thuringiensis (34×510) سبور/مل الاقل في نسبة قتل تلك يرقات الدودة القارضة السوداء Agrotis ipsilon مختبرياً، حيث بلغت 59.2 % وذلك بعد مرور 3 ايام من معاملة اليرقات بهذا التخفيف ، واخذت نسبة القتل تقل بزيادة الفترة الزمنية، وكمعدل عام فقد سجل ذلك التخفيف نسبة قتل25.0 % خلال فترات المعاملة.
