| Abstract | ||
| The current research aims to identify "the construction of a proposed educational program based on meaningful learning to acquire grammatical concepts among students of the fifth scientific" In order to achieve the objective of the research, the researcher followed the procedures of the descriptive approach. The researcher adopted the questionnaire as a tool for her research. The researcher presented an open questionnaire to a number of arbitrators specialized in methods of teaching the Arabic language. The questions included identifying the arbitrators' opinions to identify strategies and methods that fall within the meaning- For the fifth scientific grade, there were (15) strategies included in the cognitive theory, and (4) strategies were chosen for the theory of learning. | ||
