| Abstract | ||
| This research highlights the life of Dawood ibn Ali Al-Dhahiry and his theologistic opinions. And views his jurisprudentic and theologistic opinions that he broke the opinions of Aljumhoor. It also clarifies dawood's rejection of Alqias and imitation and how they disagreed with Aljumhoor in that, and they were confined in their jurisprudentic deductions and their theologistic opinions to the outer aspects of the texts of the Quraan and Sunnah. The research showed the great contrast and difference between the Dhahiryyah and their opponents of other Islamic sectors. It clarified the contrast among the early Imams of Al-dhahiryyah, and the late in jurisprudence and theologistics. | ||
