| Abstract | ||
| The use of modern equipment and tools in this game is an important and important role in the sports activity, which is an important factor focused on the training process. Hence the importance of research using modern devices such as the Vartemex, which uses rubber in a standardized manner, And to give them exercises prepared for this purpose and know the impact on the activity of the most important muscles working on the shoulder joint and ankle for young handball players, and the goal of the research to: - Preparation of exercises using the device in the development of activity of the most important muscles working on the shoulder joint and ankle for young handball players - Identify the effect of exercises using the device in development of activity of the most important muscles working on the shoulder joint and ankle for young handball players The researchers identified the research community of Karbala club players in the youth category (ages 17-19) with 12 players without goalkeepers. Six players were chosen randomly as a sample for research. The sample used exercises using the Vartemex. Using the appropriate statistical means to find differences between the research group, the researchers came out with the following conclusions: - The most important muscles working on the shoulder joint are the muscle (frontal varicose, middle varicose, posterior dorsal, great pectoris). - The most important muscles working on the ankle joint is the muscle (long slit, twin manic and brutal, insole). - The exercises of the Vartemex device have a positive effect on the development of activity the most important muscles working on the shoulder joint and ankle for young handball players. | ||
