| Abstract | ||
| This study was conducted to determine the impact of diabetes on the Leishmania donovani parasite in laboratory animals, and in this study, the use of alloxan to create of diabetes in animals infected with Leishmania donovani parasite statement and then happening influence in both infected groups and treatment compared to two control groups of positive and negative controls have been identified through using of criteria blood and tissue sections of the liver and spleen has shown that mice group treatment with alloxan and the infected with the parasite that there was no significant difference (p < 0.05) in the total number of red blood cells and white blood cells and acidophilus white blood cells, and neutrophil cells recorded a significant decrease (p < 0.05), while lymphocytes showed a significant increase (p < 0.05) while Monocyte and Basophilic Leucocytes did not record any significant differences (p < 0.05), for each groups as well as histological sections of the liver there is a simple infiltration of inflammatory cells and expansion in the liver showed hepatic sinuses either in the spleen was observed Amyloidosis accumulate in the tissue and simple multiplication of white pulp and lymphoid necrosis of the cells In the red pulp. | ||
