Abstract
The importance of research in the study of functional effects and biochemical resulting from games or high intensity training loads in order to develop solutions necessary and processors to develop such responses as raising the level of the physical abilities of the players, allowing them to continue functioning during matches and throughout the competition period as well as the reduction of the period of restoration of healing. The research problem is that most of the local teams are subject to the training curriculum is codified raises the level of prescription fitness is limited, is not commensurate with the load on the players during the games level, due to the correlation level of fitness by the working efficiency of the protein components in the bloodstream, especially after training loads high or games, so the researchers felt that the use of some of the variables measuring biochemical indicator shows the effectiveness of the proposed exercises by the two researchers. The researchers used the experimental method in a manner the experimental and control groups were research sample are players Al Nasr Sports Club and the 16 players who represent the research community and after homogenization and parity sample was divided into two groups, were training curriculum application and duration of 8 weeks, and by 3 training units per week through the adoption download training between (70% - 100%).
