| Abstract | ||
| The study aimed to identify the role of the academic program and develop the skills of students by creative thinking, which is one of the types that provide the society with ideas that it lacks and looks forward to in order to keep abreast of the rapid development in all fields to take the students to deal with the materials more actively and dynamically and productivity The study used the descriptive method in the collection of special data with regard to the variables of the academic program and creative thinking. The questionnaire was designed with three main axes for the study group consisting of 305 students from the fourth stage in the Department of Business Administration from some Iraqi universities. The appropriate statistic for the analysis of the sample results in the arithmetic mean, the standard deviation, the correlation and the T test, to show the effect of the independent variable in the dependent variable. The study found the validity of the hypothesis that indicates the relationship of the effect between the variables academic program and creative thinking among a sample of students in universities, It also reached a number of conclusions and recommendation | ||
