Diversity and Similarity of Fungal isolation from four species of Aphid insect belong to Aphis Gnus | ||

| Abstract | ||
| Twenty six species of Fungi belonging to 14 genera were isolated from different species of Aphids such as A.craccivora, A.fabae, A.gossypii and A.nerii, twenty four species from Deuteromycota were the dominant group with 24 species constituted 92.31% of the species. Followed by Zygomcota with two species constituted 7.69%.The highest frequently of isolated genera was Aspergillus with percentage 21.75%, while the lowest for, Mauginiella, and Ulocladium with percentage 0.78%. Fungal community was found to be varied among species of Aphids. The similarity of fungal community was higher between A.fabae and A.gossypii 21.73% and lesser between A.crracivora and A.nerii 5.21%.This study explained that demonstrated the appearance of A.flavus and A. niger on three species of Aphids while the other species were appear on one or two species. | ||
