| Ummayds take seizure of different machinations and policies to dominate the state wreaking havoc of the society as they encourage all the acts of abominations and vice: all kinds of amusement، singing، gambling houses، singing meetings ، slaves، money extravagance and poets summoning ; all these lead to dye the society primitive and far distant from the Islamic community whose foundation stones of justice and equality are erected by the prophet Mohammed . That is why the imams plunge into confronting such violations sometimes by word ، sometimes by sword . Al-Huquq as a thesis is considered as the . most evident efforts in reforming the society The current study focuses upon the reformative texts the imam conveys to all and tends to be bifurcated into an introduction، five axes and a conclusion ، the first tackles the rights of Allah on man، the second does his senses on him، the third does the religious rights on him ، the fourth does the rights of his family and relatives and the fifth does the rights of the society on him ، finally the conclusion terminates . at the results | ||
