| Abstract | ||
| This study showed the roots for an important issue in age through returning it back into its structures and origins. This study which is under the title. "The responsibles for conducting punishment and how to do that ". focuses in its origin on two important sides: the first one is who is responsible for conducting punishment, and the second, is how to conduct this punishment. In which, the human nature was paid attention, that means, that this punishment is put based on the human nature. So, every psychological motive calls to the crime is faced by the punishment with psychological motive against it to avoid the crime. And that is agreed with the modern psychology, also, the faster procedure and the less hurt such as electrics chair was paid attention | ||
