Abstract
The current research is trying to prove the effect of net income in the share price for a sample of the listed Iraq Stock Exchange companies, which they have been selected due to style cluster sampling by extracting correlation coefficients and regression for the period from 2012 until 2015. Exception the Asia-Cell Telecom, which it has only 12 samples for the time series began in the first quarter of 2013 until the fourth quarter of 2015. The research was based on main assumptions which it has been substantiated using quantitative curriculum standard, as stated below: No significant correlation between the net income of the companies listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange and the stock price. The research has come to the subordination of five economic sectors shares which are listed in the Iraq Stock Exchange to corporate earnings (net income), while the three sectors based on non-scientific methods in determining stock prices The research recommend that the Iraq Stock Exchange forewarn investors to the importance of net income as an indicator to assess the stock price to various economic sectors.
