| Abstract | ||
| This study aims to investigate the impact of oil price fluctuations on the investment budget in Iraq for the years (1999-2008). This study used and applied discreptive and analytical methods in addition to other statistical techniques such as simple regression analysis and others. The study showed a number of results; the most important result was: the significant impact of price fluctuations oil prices. The study recommended that there is a need to reduce dependence on the oil sector revenues in the economic development process,which can be reached through activation of other economic sectors. | ||
