| . In this present paper, we establish new subclass of p+℘ - valent functions with negative coefficients in unit disk Ω* = {z ∈C:|z|<1}. We obtain some properties, like, theorem of coefficient inequality, closure theorem ,weighted mean and integral operator. AMS subject classification: 30C45. | ||
