A accelerated development Led to seek many organizations to acquire these new technologies and their use in various fields, also the emergence of the Internet network and developed, making the technology more effective in accomplishing business Prompting departments at various levels to adopt this technology dramatically, Which led to the development of organizations and has become smart and electronic, As she became imperative to respond quickly to the conditions and the changes taking place and that the speed depends mainly in their decision-making routine, strategic and operational even regardless of the degree of complexity of some of these decisions, the need to take on the technique of the agent guide in order to reduce the burden of management and ensure a quick response based on the above, the research reviews the concepts of intelligent agent, characteristics and types of practical aspects represented in the submission of a proposed model of the agent guide to control the traffic of vehicles to and from university of Mosul.
