| Abstract | ||
| The research seeks to provide a conceptual and practical framework about “The impact of information technology on both decision-making and organizational communications,". This framework was tested in the Public sector in Iraqi which includes a number of ministries. The questionnaire and interviews have been used as a data collection method for this study the sample size was 131. Number of statistical techniques was used to test the hypotheses of the study. The results have showed that the positive impact of information technology on the decision-making, as well as demonstrated the positive impact of information technology on organizational communication. Also the results shown that organizational communication has positive and significant impact on decision-making. | ||
