| Abstract The science of the statutes is of great importance in Islamic law; because of its significant role in giving the rights of its people, through the system of justice among people, and this research simple attempt to display the flag duty, which was to explain a significant impact on the multiplicity of sects and words which matters, though each team their ills and the reason that prompted him to choose what he went to him; and because knowledge of the statutes may be best known to the provisions of the texts are immutable, so we saw in the books of jurisprudence, when they mention the example of the provisions of fixed texts, remind matters aware of the statutes, and I wanted to show that fact. The importance of research: is that it shows the true Islamic Sharia its image, and they began reasoning and opened his door, so some people do not think, that Islamic law is strictly mandated by the wisdom, nor worship the deadlock is not considering ills.
