Abstract Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon His Prophet, his family and his companions, and those who followed them with charity until the Day of Judgment. But after. Allah has revealed to us that Muhammad sent us a prophet and prophet and sent down to him the book which is not falsehood from his hands or from behind him. Allaah has promised to preserve it. He said:ﮋﮗ ﮘ ﮙ ﮚ ﮛ ﮜ ﮝ ﮊ enlighten our paths and guide us through the straight path. . His companions, may God's mercy and blessings be upon them, followed them and followed them, so they understood all the sciences of sharia. And then emerged from the followers and those who followed them of excellency in these sciences, especially the four jurists, the owners of the famous schools of Imam Abu Hanifa and Malik and Shafi'i and Ahmad Radwan God Almighty them all. And then emerged after them Ghabathp Avdhp published the jurisprudence of these imams Vsahroa long nights in the composition and classification of books of jurisprudence and the fundamentals of jurisprudence and Hadith and other forensic science and among these imam the world the modern jurist and the great fatwa and useful denominations Imam Abu Hafs al-Burmaki, who died in (387 e), was Imam Hanbala in his time, where he wrote important books in the Hanbali jurisprudence. Therefore I saw that it is incumbent on us to correct this world Faqih that we study his life and spread his face to benefit students of science. So I have collected his jurisprudence choices through the book of fairness to Mardawi, and I studied a comparative study with the statements of other jurists with the evidence cited by he and his opinion, as well as the evidence of the contrary. Then I showed what I saw from the words. The title of my research is: (Imam Abu Hafs al-Barmaki and his doctrinal choices through the book of fairness to Mardawi - a comparative study). The books of translations and history did not tell us the year of the birth of Imam Abu Hafs al-Burmaki, but after the study and consideration of the birth of a student with him by the same sheikhs we are likely that his birth may God have mercy on him be almost between the years (312 - 318 e). The student of Imam Abi Hafs al-Burmaki by many of the jurists and accompanied by adults such as Imam Muhammad bin Ismail Al-Khatibi and Ibn al-Sawaf and Hassan bin Abdullah Al-Najad and the Grand Sheikh Sheikh Hanbala Abu Bakr Abdul Aziz Ghulam Al-Khallal and others, has a lot of weight in the jurisprudence of Imam Ahmad In many of them, the Hanafi scholars agreed, and in some of them they are like the rest of the scholars who are diligent in the doctrines of jurisprudence (May Allaah have mercy on him) from the three children (Ibrahim, Ahmad and Ali), all of whom are jurists who have useful categories and fatwas, such as their father, may God have mercy on him. Some of them took the forensic sciences from his father (Ali ibn Umar).
