Abstract
This research deals with the biography of a well-known figure in the Islamic history, he is the Judge Badr al-Din al-Sanjari, who have a great role in political and administrative events and developments during both Ayyubid and Mamluk periods (569-784 / 1173-1382). According to this he regarded as a contemporary character. His role was clear in the field of politics and judiciary during the late Ayyubid state and the early years of the Mamluk maritime life. He served many kings and sultans of the two states by his various activities. He gathered together important functions such as the judiciary, the ministry and teaching. The research also tackled his pioneering efforts in politics and its impact on issues and decision-making Especially in the mediation and management of the negotiations, his attempts and political maneuvers have had a significant affect on the political situation and relations as well as the stability in the region. The research composed of three parts. The first one included the biography of Judge Badr al-Din, so the researcher showed his name, ancestry, birthday, features, and his death date. The second part highlighted his political activities through his personal relations with a number of kings and sultans from The Ayyubids and the Mamluk slates , then took over of the position of the minister in Egypt , then the third part focused on his role in the field of judiciary And his assumption the judge of the judges in Egyptian country , his practice of the teaching profession, and his deputies in the judiciary.
