| Abstract | ||
| Europe witnessed political, economic and social changes through its long history as an inevitable result of the internal and external wars. Specifically, when the French Revolution came in 1789 in order to fix the cadres of those strategic variables for its bearing the pillars to identify the basis of the next phase from the modern history of Europe. That the revolution had not exposed to setbacks and the internal reaction only, but continuous setbacks at the level of French foreign policy. They had mentioned a nature case of the image of the internal conflict on the power in France, and the revolution threw shadows on the future relations of French, the U.S. position was one of the most important positions in the pivotal role until the Americans announced their impartiality towards the Franco- British conflict in 1800. | ||
