Abstract

After all, the phenomenon of begging and homelessness in the Arab world, regardless of the fact that it is a phenomenon spread throughout the world, according to the monitoring of United Nations organizations. , And the Islamic, which took this phenomenon to spread in a striking manner that threatens social, health and security risks, if the governments, bodies concerned with the development of comprehensive plans, and long to save them, and save the people from the secretions of this phenomenon. Of the existence of white hands by some governments, organizations The voluntary voluntary work, which contributed despite the difficulties in carrying out its responsibility towards this phenomenon, and alleviating it in some of the affected areas, and the poor, but much more efforts are needed to eliminate this phenomenon and efforts, are the blessings of God Almighty on this nation waking up We need to establish a culture of philanthropy in society so that our societies can be better and better in a time when the conditions of the disadvantaged, the beggars, , And homeless, hidden on the viewer And in the streets, sidewalks, markets, and then the need to find a culture of social solidarity that saves society from need, poverty, begging and homelessness. This principle was preceded by Islam through its legislative provisions and financial provisions. The issue of beggars, homeless people and the destitute poor is not new to our Arab world, Therefore, the Islamic economic system developed solutions that came to fruition during the glorious times of the Muslims. People lived well, but today's policies have slowed down and slowed down due to difficult economic conditions due to financial corruption, mismanagement and lack of serious will to feed.
