| Abstract | ||
| This study deals with the issue of the Palestinian refugees and displaced persons, which is one of the central issues that are directly related to the essence of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict because of its connection with issue of the right to return and land as well as the demographic balance between Palestinians and Israelis. The aim of this study was to highlight the impact of the issue of refugees and displaced persons on the future of peaceful settlement and to clarify the relationship, whether positive or negative, between the postponement of this issue in the autonomy agreement and the future of peaceful settlement. It also aimed to show the difference between the Palestinian and Israeli visions of what autonomy agreement is in dealing with this issue and its results on the future of peaceful settlement, and shed light upon the relationship between international resolutions and the autonomy agreement in this regard | ||
