| Abstract | ||
| The aim of this research is to conduct a comprehensive documentary study of architecture in Palestine during the first Abbasid rule (132-232 / 750-847). The authors of this research depends on the collecting of the descriptive data and historical information of this study on many sources and references. In addition to fieldwork, which included taking dimensions of buildings and the designation of sites and buildings on the map of Palestine and the preparation of a table and taking photographs. As well as reading the founding inscriptions of the Dome of the Rock and the inscription of Al-Ramlah. In addition to study of the books of the Arabs and Muslims early such as: Baladri, Yacoubi, Shehab Al Maqdesi, Al tabari etc. And the most important reference the book of Creswell on early Islamic architecture. Finally, reports of archaeological excavations and their results were conducted at sites dating back to the time period of this research. | ||
