| Abstract | ||
| This research checks the proof of the word banning writing on the tomb (grave-stone), in Jaber's hadith (may Allah please him) in the banning of messenger of Allahʼs (peace be upon him) regarding what is related to tomb such as: plastering, building,… and things like that. The research came to conclusion that such word is not found , and itʼs not right for attributing it to the messenger of Allah.The research shifted to state the effect of this proof in the fiqhi (jurisprudential) judgment for this issue. It began in jurists doctrines review in this issue .It showed which was based on that word. This research also showed that the verdict which based on that word weakens due to its weakness. | ||
