The role of the university climate in promoting the culture of human rights among students of faculties of education in Iraqi universities

Abstract
The research aims at determining the role of the faculties of education in Iraqi universities in promoting and developing the human rights concepts of the students. The researcher highlighted the university climate within (the faculties of education, namely the administrative structure of faculty, faculty members, Activity rooms). The researcher used the analytical descriptive approach to achieve the research goals. He prepared a measure for this purpose. The researcher used the (SWOT) tool to analyze the research results. The results led to a set of recommendations that focus on the role of the university climate in promoting and developing the human rights culture of the students.
